Auto Dish Agent Patented by Henkel

• US Patent No. 8,314,056 B2; Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Düsseldorf, has patented a low-alkali, phosphate- and bleaching agent-free automatic dishwashing agent with a pH value (10% solution; 20°C) of between 8 and 12. It consists of citrate; an anionic polymer selected from the group consisting of maleic acid homopolymer and copolymers of acrylic acid and maleic acid with a relative molecular mass, relative to free acids, of 2000 to 70000g/mol.; nonionic surfactant; organic solvent; and an enzyme preparation.
