Kempinska is Executive VP for vantage personal care

February 13, 2013

• Vantage Specialty Chemicals: named Conrad Kempinska as the new executive vice president of Vantage’s personal care business. In his new role, he will have overall global responsibility for the Lipo and Desert Whale branded personal care business, driving continued growth through new product development, geographic expansion and strategic acquisition, according to the company. Kempinska previously held executive positions at Allied Signal, Lonza and most recently, Tata Chemicals.

Chris Humberstone left the Vantage team last month. Humberstone was essential in the continuous integration process of Lipo from family management to a professional multinational organization. He is reopening his consulting group, Humberstone International Inc., which advises personal care ingredient manufacturers and distributors.
