A celebrity makeup artist, beauty writer, speaker and veteran TV beauty expert, Walsh got her start in 1998 when she founded The Beauty Bar—the first retailer of its kind to combine television, retail and the internet into one business. For 12 years, she grew The Beauty Bar into a thriving company, expanding the multi-million dollar chain nationally before selling to a large CPG company in 2010.
