Procedure
Fill main vessel with phase A. Begin mixing and heat to 70-75°C. In side vessel, add phase B and heat to 70-75°C. When phase A and phase B are at temperature and homogeneous, slowly add phase B to phase A with mixing and homogenizing. Begin cooling slowly with mixing. At 45-50°C, add premixed phase C to combined phase A and B. Premix phase D and add, followed by premixed phase E. Switch to slow speed and transfer to holding vessel. Allow batch to thicken for 24 hours and take pH and viscosity.
