Procedure
Heat phase A to 80°C while stirring. Heat phase B to 80°C while stirring. When at 80°C, add phase B to phase A. Mix until uniform. Homogenize the emulsion. Cool down to 40°C while stirring and adjust pH to 5.0 with phase C. Homogenize. Add phase D while stirring to the emulsion and cool to room temperature.
