• Natura-tec: has been strengthened by the arrival of new members that are rapidly contributing to the growth and expansion of its activities, according to the company.
Pascale Goyat, previously marketing manager at CRM International and originally with extensive experience in the quality control, manufacture and industrialization processes of finished cosmetic products at Chanel, takes over the role of marketing manager at Ceratec, incorporating the Natura-tec division, providing commercial and technical support to customers and distributors worldwide.
Sebastien Barre, previously laboratory assistant at CRM International, joins Ceratec as laboratory technician contributing his specific experience in finished product formulation, ingredient application and supporting the company’s quality and development processes.
Benjamin Gobert, previously production operator at CRM International, is now part of the Ceratec team as production technician and brings important competencies in the fields of manufacturing, technological innovation and operations leadership with particular regard toward the manufacture of innovative ingredients.
George Rosson, previously general manager at CRM International, following nearly 10 years at the Zschimmer & Schwarz Group as director of the Care Speciality Division and with a diverse experience developed in various major international roles in the chemical industry starting with a 10 years career at Croda, now joins Ceratec as managing director and will lead the company as regards its growth strategy, distribution, product development and team management processes in line with the group’s expansion activities.
The new company strategy will also see the continued contribution of Liliane Ricciardo who, in her role of administrative and personnel manager, will support developments.
