L’Oréal Patents Mousse

US Patent No. 8,394,394 B2; Mousse formulations have been patented by L’Oréal France.
The cosmetic base is comprised of an anhydrous mixture of an effective amount of at least one first non-emulsifying, gellable silicone elastomer; an effective amount of at least one second non-emulsifying silicone elastomer wherein said second silicone elastomer is nonsustainable and nonpilling; at least one non-aqueous solvent; and an effective amount of at least one water insoluble structuring agent which is compatible with said solvent and which has a melting point of between about 45 and about 95°C.; and at least one pigment.
