Lonza Earns Metrex’s ‘Above and Beyond’ Award

• Lonza’s Hygiene and Preservation business in North America has received the 2012 Above and Beyond Supplier Award from Metrex, a division of Sybron Dental Specialties, Inc., and a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation.

According to Pamela L. Benson, director of global procurement, Metrex/Total Care/Orascoptic, Lonza proved to be “true partners and worked tirelessly as a team to assure our mission of protecting people was carried out with no interruption of supply to our customers. This above and beyond success story is deserving of recognition.”

The award was accepted by Andrew Moreno and Rosalyn Conway of Lonza’s Hygiene and Preservation sales team.

Lonza’s Hygiene & Preservation business offers a broad portfolio of registered actives, preservatives and formulations for use in disinfectants, sanitizers, institutional and household cleaning products.
