CPL Aromas Launches Encapsulation Technology

June 6, 2013

• Aromacore is an advanced fragrance release technology new from CPL Aromas. According to the company, it is initially being offered in the fabric care sector and other product categories will follow shortly.

By using both a liquid and encapsulated fragrance in fabric softener products, fragrance performance is radically improved, allowing the “fragrance experience” to last for up to 40 days on cloth.

Aromacore encapsulation technology involves locking in a fragrance within a protective outer wall, which may be broken later by specific pressure in order to release the fragrance within the core.
