Hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, squalane, polysorbate 60

Procedure
In separate vessels, mix phase A and phase B. Heat both vessels to 75-80C. Emulsify phase A in phase B with high sheer for 10 minutes. Cool vessel to <40C with mixing. Add ingredients of phase C individually. Mix until uniform.
