Procedure | |
Weigh phase A in the main beaker. Add phase B to the main beaker while homogenizing for 15 minutes. Pre-mix phase C, add to the main beaker while homogenizing. Heat main phase while mixing to 80-82C. Add phase D to the main batch while homogenizing. Add phase E to the main batch while homogenizing. Weight phase F and heat to 82-85C. Add phase F to the main batch, while homogenized mixing for 15 minutes while maintaining the temperature. Switch to sweep mixing. Add phase G to the main batch at 45C. Make up water lost and continue to cool until the batch is at 30C. | |
