SC Johnson has been honored by 2degrees with a Sustainability Champion award for its commitment to long term energy and carbon management. The company was recognized for its renewable energy project at its Waxdale facility at an awards ceremony on July 10. This recognition demonstrates the company’s commitment to renewable energy usage.

“Being recognized by 2degrees for our commitment to energy and carbon management is such an honor,” said Kelly M. Semrau, chief sustainability officer. “As a family company, we believe in doing what’s right for people and the planet, and using renewable energy in our operations around the globe is one way that we’re living up to that commitment.”
