Procedure
In main vessel mix A with medium speed propeller stirring. Heat to 80°C. Hold 30 minutes. Start heating phase B while mixing. At 80°C add B to main vessel while mixing. After 10 minutes at temperature start cooling while mixing. When temperature approaches 40°C slowly add C while mixing. Mix until homogeneous, shutdown when temperature reaches 32°C.

Properties
pH-5.25-6.25; Viscosity-TF @ 3 rpm: 98,000cps; Stability-1 month at 50°C.
