Inolex Launches Preservation System for Wet Wipes

August 2, 2013

Inolex recently rolled out Spectrastat L-Series at the World of Wipes Conference in Atlanta. According to the company, the products are the latest addition to the Spectrastat line of alternative preservatives that contain the revolutionary biostatic agent, CHA.  The new system offers wet wipes marketers and converters the opportunity to meet consumer needs for products that are free of traditional biocides, such as parabens and formaldehyde donors. Spectrastat OL and Spectrastat OEL are liquids that are easy to use in high throughput wipe production, and they pass stringent microbial challenge tests on a variety of substrates.
