Procedure | |
Weigh phase A and adjust to be homogenized. Add phase B to main phase while homogenizing for 15 minutes. Add phase C to main phase and mix well for 30 minutes. Add phase D to main phase and heat to 80-82C. Add phase E to main phase and allow to be mixed. Weigh phase F and heat to 80-82ºC. Weigh phase G and pulverize color before blending in to Phase F and keep mixing to avoid settling. Add oil phase F to main beaker while homogenizing it. Add phase H to main phase after both phases have been mixed. Continue to homogenize for 20 minutes. Switch to slow sweep mixing until 45C. Add Phase I to main phase and allow to mix until cool and uniform. | |
