Procedure
Add phase A to a secondary vessel and start mixing. Add phase B and heat to 85°C. Add phase C in order. When homogeneous, cool to 80°C. Add phase D and mix well. Add phase E and mix until phase E is well dispersed. Add phase F to the main vessel. Dissolve phase G with continued mixing. Add phase H, stirring until fully incorporated. Start heating to 80°C and add premix of phase I. When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add the oil phase (A–E) to the water phase (F–I) with prop mixing. Start homogenizing and cooling. When batch reaches 55°C, start sweep mixing and continue cooling. Add phase J and continue mixing until fully incorporated. Add phase K and continue mixing until fully incorporated. When completely smooth, perform final quality assurance checks.

Properties
(25°C): Appearance—pale yellow cream; Viscosity (RV, T-D, 5, 20 & 100 rpm, cP)—62400, 17400 & 4200; pH—6.1.
