Procedure
Heat Phase A and Phase B separately to 80C. Add Phase A to Phase B with moderate mixing. Mix 5 minutes. Homogenize. Begin cooldown with mixing. At 40C, add Phase C ingredients. Mix until uniform. If necessary, adjust to pH 5.5—6.0. Discontinue batch.
