Procedure | |
Combine phase A in main beaker under high prop mix. Add phase B, disperse and swell completely. Combine phase C in side beaker. Begin heating under very slow prop mix. Heat phase A and C to 75-85°C under high speed prop mix. At 80 C, add phase C to A slowly, when uniform mill in phase D. When uniform, move to slow sweep and begin cooling. Below 40°C, move back to mill and add phase E until uniform. Move back to sweep and drop below 30°C. | |
