Symrise Wins Innovation Award

January 1, 2014

GERMANY: Symrise’s SymSave H, a multifunctional stabilizer for cosmetic products, has won the Sepawa Innovation Award 2013.
SymSave H has an antioxidant effect and soothes the skin, according to Symrise. It also boosts the effectiveness of preservatives in cosmetic formulas and end products. SymSave H is a nature-identical raw material that occurs naturally in the cloudberry (Rubus chamaemorus).

“Sepawa has once again proved its relevance for the industry, which is why the Sepawa Innovations Award is so important for us,” explained Dr. Gabriele Vielhaber, SVP-global business unit cosmetic ingredients. “The award represents both recognition and incentive to further develop substances that meet the needs of the industry and consumers alike.”
