Procedure
Weigh out phase A and phase B. (Oil phase should go in beaker large enough for entire batch size) Heat phase A and phase B separately to 70-75°C. Add phase B to Phase A under moderate mixing. Mix 5 minutes. Begin cooldown. At 50°C, homogenize and continue cooling down. At 40°C, add phase C ingredients. Continue mixing until uniform. Discontinue.
