Procedure
Mix phase A and stir until uniform. Premix B separately. Add the ingredients of phase C to phase B and stir until uniform. Add phase BC to phase A with strong agitation. Reduce speed after the formulation changed from milky to nearly transparent and stir slowly until homogenous. Adjust pH value to ~7 with TEA again.
