Greenpeace Hits P&G’s HQ

April 1, 2014

Greenpeace activists were able to break into Procter & Gamble headquarters in Cincinnati, and use zip lines to unfurl protest banners from the 12th floor to draw attention to the company’s use of a palm oil supplier the activist group contends is tied to tropical forest destruction in Indonesia.

A total of nine activists were arrested on burglary and vandalism charges.
