Procedure
To a secondary vessel, add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B and heat to 85°C. Add phase C ingredients in order. When A–C is homogeneous, add phase D and mix until well dispersed. Add phase E to the main vessel. Dissolve phase F with continued mixing. Add phase G, stirring until fully incorporated. Start heating to 80°C. Add premix of phase H. When both are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add the oil phase (A–D) to the water phase (E–H) with prop mixing. Start homogenizing and cooling. When batch reaches 55°C, start sweep mixing and continue cooling. Add phase I and continue mixing until fully incorporated. Add phase J and continue mixing until fully incorporated. When completely smooth, perform final quality assurance checks.
