Procedure
Combine components of phase A to vessel with mixing. In separate vessel, sprinkle the Acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate into the water of phase B with mixing. Mix until uniform. Add remaining components of phase B with continued mixing. Add phase B to phase A with mixing. Homogenize @10800 rpm for 1 minute. Add phase C to batch with mixing. Homogenize mixture agaom @8000 rpm for 1 minute.
