Lonza’s Disinfectant Now EPA Approved

Lonza’s Hygiene & Preservation business revealed that its Lonzagard R-82 family of disinfectants is now EPA approved to combat Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CREs). Untreatable and hard-to-treat infections from CRE bacteria are on the rise among patients in medical facilities.

The Lonzagard R-82 family includes economical concentrates and convenient, ready-to-use disinfectants that are ideal for all types of healthcare facilities, according to the company.
