Procedure
Weigh phase A into beaker and heat to 80°C under continuous propeller mixing until a clear, homogeneous solution is present. Add phase B, color phase, to phase A and mix until uniform, maintaining heat at 80°C. After solution is well mixed, lower heat to 65°C. Premix phase C solution at room temperature and add to phase A and B. Mix under moderate speed keeping the beaker covered to minimize loss. Pour into lipstick mold after solution is completely uniform. Let mixture set up at room temperature and then transfer to freezer, 0°C, for 10 minutes to enable easy release from molds.
