Procedure | |
Charge DI water to the vessel. Begin mixing with moderate agitation disperse the Jaguar Optima in the water. Adjust the pH to 4.0-5.0 with 50% citric acid. Charge the Mackam CBS 50 G and start heating to 65-70°C. Charge the Geropon CG 3S and mix until uniform. Charge the Rhodasurf L-4 Std and mix until uniform. Once at 65°C, Charge the Isethionate mix for 30 mins at 65-70°C. Start cooling to ~25°C and add the glycerin. When under 35°C, charge the mackadet OPR-1, fragrance and Neolone 950. Mix until homogenous. Adjsut pH to 5.2-5.6 with 50% citric acid. Viscosity will build on pH adjustment. Note: The lower the pH, the higher the viscosity. | |
