Bell Flavors & Fragrances is recertified as Safe Quality Food (SQF) 7.2 Level 3 for its manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in Northbrook, IL. Bell maintained an “excellent” status for the fourth year in a row continuing to meet standards and more stringent scoring system.
The recertification also confirmed that employees were well trained, retained information, and communicated well during employee interviews, which was a significant component of the audit, according to the company.
“Bell has achieved SQF Level 3 Certification with a rating of ‘Excellent’ for the fourth consecutive year,” said Thomas G. Fortman, vice president of manufacturing at Bell Flavors & Fragrances. “We are dedicated to producing the highest quality products that meet the highest standards of food safety. The hard work and dedication of all our employees is evident in our comprehensive food safety and quality management systems.”
