Procedure | |
Charge water (A) into the main vessel. With moderate mixing, slowly add the Carbopol Aqua SF-2 (A). Slowly add the Iselux SFS (B) to the batch. Mix until completely uniform. Next, add sodium cocoyl glycnate to the batch. Adjust the pH with sodium hydroxide solution (25%) to 6.50-7.00. Add the Natrlquest E30 (D) and Emulsil DME-504 to the batch one at a time with continuous slow mixing to avoid aeration. Add Miracare BET C-30 to the batch. In a separate vessel, pre-mix water (F) and Syncrystral Silk Silver (F) until the pearl is completely wet. Add phase F to the batch. Add Euxyl K100 (G). Add fragrane (H) to the batch. Adjust the pH of the batch to 5.50-6.00. | |
