Sephora Americas: promoted Deborah Yeh to senior vice president, marketing and brand. She joined Sephora in 2012 as vice president, marketing and since that time has led the company’s integrated marketing, media, PR and events, loyalty and operations teams—all with a focus towards further building both the Sephora brand and creating opportunities for the wide range of beauty brands sold at Sephora.
Prior to joining Sephora, Yeh served from 2008-2012 as vice president, marketing at Old Navy, where she led marketing plan development across all global territories and played an integral role in a company-wide rollout of a highly successful new brand positioning. Before Old Navy, she held the position of group manager at Target, where, as the first dedicated marketing planner for Target.com, she guided some of the company’s first interactive marketing efforts.
Yeh began her career as an analyst at Corporate Executive Board, and also led the product marketing team for Vividence/Keynote, a venture-backed internet services firm. She has her Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University.
