Procedure | |
Charge water (A) into main vessel. With high mixing, sprinkle the Natrasol 250 MR CS (A) into the vortex. Add a trace amount of NaOH to raises the pH. Mix until totally clear. Begin warming batch to 50°C. In a separate vessel, premix Actisoft C17 and glycerin (B). Mix until lump free. Add citric acid solution (C). Add Pureact WS Conc (D ), Iselux flakes (D) and Pureact Gluco L (D) one at a time with moderate mixing. Mix until melted and uniform. Cut heat off. Add Pureact LAA (E). Mix until homogeneous. When temperature is below 40°C, add the sodium phytate (F) and desired preservative. Add citric acid solution (G) to adjust the pH. | |
