Procedure | |
Weigh phase A, adjust homogenizer to start mixing. Premix phase B, add to main beaker while homogenizing at 800 to 1000 RPM. Heat to 80-82ºC. Add phase C to main phase when heated, until uniform. Heat phase D to 82-85ºC. Add to main phase and homogenize for 15 minutes (1500 RPM). Stop homogenizer. Switch batch to low speed sweep mixing. Add phase E at 45ºC. Make up water lost in heating with phase F. Mix until cool (30ºC) and uniform. | |
