Nine ingredients were deleted because they are covered by other entries, according to CFDA. They are: thymus serpyllum extract; oryza sativa extract; tilia cordata extract; coffea arabica extract; citrus limonium extract; jasminum sambac (jasmine) flower water; chamomilla recutita (matricaria) dried flower; papaver somniferum seed extract; and gleditsia sinensis thorn extract.
The names of 141 cosmetics ingredients have been changed. These are summarized in Annex II of the IECIC, according to the CFDA.
More than a year ago, the Administration requested input on changes to the inventory, which still contains 8,783 ingredients.
