Procedure | |
Weigh phase A in the main vessel and adjust homogenizer. Add phase B to the main vessel while homogenizing. Hydrate gums and heat the main beaker to 80-82°C. Add phases D and E to the main batch when heated, mix until uniform. Combine Phase F and heat to 80-82°C. Add heated phase F to the main batch and homogenize for 20 minutes. Switch batch to sweep mixing, lowest mixing on the slow mixer. Add phase G, H and I sequentially to the main batch below 45°C. Cool to 30°C while mixing. | |
