Procedure
In vessel, add ingredients of Phase A with mixing. Mix until solids are fully dissolved. Increase mixing to high speed and slowly disperse Phase B into Phase A. Mix until Phase B/polymer is fully hydrated. Add Phase C into Phase AB with mixing. Mix for 5 minutes. Add Phase D and Phase E ingredients individually. Mix well between additions.
