Procedure | |
Heat water to 70 – 75°C. Pre-mix Glystar 31and PenCare DP 1015 and add to water. Mix until homogenous. Add each ingredient in order. Mix until homogenous. Mix oil phase separately adding ingredients Promulgen D thru Rita Cocoa Butter. Heat to 70 – 75°C. Once all ingredients are melted at 70 – 75°C combine the two phases, rinse with 5% water and mix for 10 - 15 minutes. Cool to below 45°C. Pre-mix Disodium EDTA and Maltodextrin. Add to the main tank. Add the remaining ingredients in order. Cool to below 30°C. | |
