In the color room, for example, augmented reality allows customers to virtually try shades from the lip color collection. In the personal scent laboratory, a dedicated interactive scenting installation allows guests to digitally explore the unconventional scents that make up Ford’s private blend collection, and a dramming bar offers customized services, from luxury sampling to scent styling.
