Procedure | |
To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing and add phase B. Heat to 45-50°C. Start cooling after phase B is dissolved totally. Add phase C into phase AB and mix until uniform. To the main vessel add liquids from phase D, start mixing and add disodium EDTA with mixing until dissolved. When both phases are homogeneous, slowly add phase ABC to phase D with proper mixing until the emulsion is fully formed. Add phase E with mixing until batch is uniform, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth. | |
