IFSCC Issues Call for Papers for 2007 Conference

The International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC) has issued a call for papers for the 2007 Conference, which will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Sept. 24-27. The theme of the conference is "Bulding on Water."
