Florida Sunscreen Symposium Seeks Papers

Organizers for the 2007 Florida Sunscreen Symposium have issued a call for papers. The event, sponsored by the Florida chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, will be held Sept. 6-9 at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Lake Buena Vista, FL.

Authors are invited to submit titles and abstracts of no more than 150 words for original papers to be presented in podium format. All topics related to sun and skin care science will be considered for presentation. Topics of particular interest for submission include:

• Formulations of sunscreens;
• Innovative technologies for sun and skin care;
• Anti-aging and sunscreens; and
• Cancer prevention using sunscreens.
