Personal Care Show in India is a Success

More than 60 exhibitors and 1,500 visitors attended Personal Care and Household Cleaning (PCHi), India's first major international ingredients event, which was held Nov. 14 and 15 at the Grand Hyatt Exhibition Land in Mumbai.

More than 150 delegates attended the Scientific Conference organized by the Indian Society of Cosmetic Chemists and Reed Exhibitions. The ISCC keynote address was delivered by Mr Anil Chopra of Lakme Lever. He discussed Indiais growing consumer market, focusing on the increase in income levels and changing consumer spending patterns.

Reed Exhibitions said it will return to Mumbai in 2007. A date has not been announced.
