Langer, Inc. announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Twincraft Inc., a private label manufacturer of specialty bar soap focused on the health and beauty, amenities, mass and direct marketing channels.

Twincraft management and operations will remain in its Vermont locations after the closing of the transaction. The purchase price for the transaction is approximately $26.7 million, and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2007.
