Tiffany M. Moore to Speak at International Executive Steering Committee Meeting

Tiffany M. Moore, Assistant U.S. Trade Representative, will discuss “The United States Trade Agenda-Challenges and Opportunities for 2007,” at the International Executive Steering Committee on Wednesday, February 28, 1:00 -2:30 p.m. This session is open to all Annual Meeting attendees. Ms. Moore leads USTR’s efforts with the U.S. business and agricultural communities and other stakeholders on their trade policy agendas, and is responsible for managing the U.S. trade advisory committee system. Prior to joining USTR, Ms. Moore served as Director of Government Relations for the Kellogg Company and as legislative director to Congressman Fred Upton (R-MI). The cosmetics and personal care industry is a dynamic, global industry, with over 80 percent of sales taking place outside the United States. Moore will provide updates on a number of key U.S. Government trade initiatives impacting our industry, including prospects for the U.S.-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Japan Regulatory Reform Initiative, and U.S. trade policy efforts towards China.
