New York & Co. Signs With Inter Parfums

Inter Parfums signed on to create a bath and body care product line for New York & Co. Inter Parfums Inc. will design and manufacture the line to be sold in New York & Co. women’s apparel retail stores, the companies said. Financial details of the contract were not disclosed. Inter Parfums Chairman and Chief Executive Jean Madar said the initial product line will be available in New York & Co. stores in late 2007 or early 2008. Under terms of the agreement, New York-based Inter Parfums will be responsible for product development, formula creation, packaging and manufacturing. New York & Co. will market and sell the line.
