2007-04-20 | 09:18

JD Nelson will market the antimicrobial sanitizing lotion/skin protectant.

Skinvisible, Inc. announced today that its licensee, JD Nelson & Associates, would mass market the company’s antimicrobial sanitizing lotion/skin protectant.

JD Nelson & Associates has the exclusive license in North America to produce, market and distribute Safe4Hours. Independent studies have demonstrated the lotion’s unique ability to bind active ingredients to the skin for up to four hours and longer, even after repeated hand washings.

The antimicrobial properties of the active ingredient in Safe4Hours, Triclosan, have proven to kill most harmful bacteria.

"JD Nelson has hit the ground running with Safe4Hours in Canada," said Mr. Terry Howlett, president and CEO of Skinvisible. "Large retailers like Home Hardware with more than 1,000 retail stores will be selling the product effective immediately. In addition, they expect to announce other major pharmacies and retailers will carry the product shortly."

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nev., Skinvisible Pharmaceuticals is a research-and-development company whose primary business objective is to license its technology and formulated products to manufacturers of Rx and OTC skincare products. More info: www.skinvisible.com.
