Human Pheromone Sciences, Inc. (HPS) recently announced the signing of a license agreement with Schwarzkopf & Henkel. Under the terms of the agreement, HPS granted the licensee a non-exclusive worldwide license to certain HPS patents in exchange for an initial cash payment and future royalties on sales of Schwarzkopf & Henkel's got2b magnetik® hair care products.
