Inter Parfums to Acquire Lanvin Products

Inter Parfums announced the acquisition of Lanvin brand names and international trademarks.

Inter Parfums announced the acquisition of the Lanvin brand names and international trademarks (under Class 3) for fragrance and makeup from the Jeanne Lanvin Company.

The agreed sum for the acquisition was 22 million euros—or $30 million U.S.—in cash. The Lanvin Company holds a buy back option for the brands, which will be exercisable in July 2025.
