Revlon Reports Third Quarter 2007 Results

Revlon, Inc. announced results for the third quarter and nine months that ended Sept. 30, 2007.

Revlon, Inc. announced results for the third quarter and nine months that ended Sept. 30, 2007. Net sales increased to $339.7 million from $305.9 million, as compared to the same period last year. Operating income increased to $20.7 million, compared to an operating loss of $57.2 million.

In the United States, net sales in the third quarter of 2007 increased 19.7% to $190.9 million—compared with net sales of $159.5 million in the third quarter of 2006. In the company’s international operations, net sales in the third quarter of 2007 increased 1.6% to $148.8 million, compared to net sales of $146.4 million in the third quarter of 2006.
