Natural-based beauty and wellness brand Origins has been awarded membership to the Green Power Leadership Club by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  This acknowledgment is a result of Origins purchasing 100 percent wind power to offset energy in its U.S. retail stores, manufacturing of Origins products in company-owned facilities, and third parties manufacturing Organics products.

These green power purchases help reduce the environmental impacts of electricity use and support the development of new renewable generation capacity nationwide.  By meeting the Leadership Club purchase requirements of alternative energy, Origins has joined a choice group of Green Power Partners who are demonstrating environmental leadership.
