The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has appointed Alexandra C. Trower as executive vice president, global communications.

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has appointed Alexandra C. Trower as executive vice president, global communications. She will report to Chief Executive Officer William P. Lauder.

A communications executive with more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Trower most recently was senior vice president, media relations for Bank of America.
